Evo*2007 in Valencia
Evo* is the umbrella name for Europe's premier co-located events in the field of evolutionary computing, namely the EuroGP, EvoCOP and EvoBIO conferences and eight workshops collectively entitled EvoWorkshops.
Featuring the latest in theoretical and applied research, the topics included recent genetic programming challenges, evolutionary and other meta-heuristic approaches for combinatorial optimization, evolutionary algorithms in the biosciences, in music and art domains, in image analysis and signal processing systems, in hardware optimisation and as applied to a range of industrial and financial optimisation problems.
President Camps visits ITI
The Valencian President, Francisco Camps, visited ITI in its new site on occasion of the inauguration of the Polytechnic City of Innovation.
